Elysion is a Greek gothic-metal band from Athens, formed in 2006.
Until today they have released two studio albums:
Silent Scr3am (2009), Someplace Better (2014) and they have gotten a lot of positive feedback for their music, and the number of their supporters day by day grows.
Many music sites and critics were talking about a great debut album.
A success came for Elysion from Japan.
Just a few days after the release of "Silent Scr3am" a company in Japan requested Massacre Records' permission to release the album in the country.
Elysion released the album in Japan with bonus material and they could not be happier.
At each Elysion's concert the positive comments were many and mostly positive . Everyone was enchanted by the wonderful voice of Christianna and talked about Elysion's great music and songs.
On 24 January 2014, Elysion released its new album called "Someplace Better", produced by Mark Adrian at ARTemis Studios in Athens, Greece, mixed by Dan Certa (We Are The Fallen, Ben Moody, Seether) and mastered by David Collins (Black Sabbath, Alice Cooper, Mötley Crüe). Gustavo Sazes, who already worked for bands like Arch Enemy or Morbid Angel, is responsible for the cover artwork.
Elysion have succeed their goal to produce a better album and to prove to all out there that they are here to stay and that the future belongs to them.
My view for Elysion :
They produce incredible music,have amazing riffs and beautiful lyrics on their songs and a singer with so beautiful voice and so much talent(Christianna).
My question to all of you who have not yet heard the music of Elysion :
