Blind Guardian are back! The world’s most popular fantasy metal band gives us Twilight of the Gods

Paradise Lost have talked about their work on the successor to the successful "Tragic Idol" (2012)
Their frontman Nick Holmes mentioned in their official facebook page that their new album will be ready for release on April 2015
He also announced that the group started to record their new album this week and will be a death metal recording like band's first albums, something that group had many years to do.

"Bloodstone & Diamonds", the new album from San Francisco Bay area metallers Machine Head, can be streamed in its entirety below.
Due on November 10 via Nuclear Blast Entertainment, the CD was produced by Machine Head frontman Robb Flynn and Juan Urteaga, and like the last seven of eight Machine Head albums, was masterfully mixed by Colin Richardson. Additional tracking, editing, and mixing was done with Andy Sneap and Steve Lagudi.
Regarding the musical direction of "Bloodstone & Diamonds", Flynn told Metal Hammer magazine: "There's definitely a lot of urgency on this record. It's a really heavy record arid there's a dark and evil vibe to a lot of it, but I feel like there's more of a rock vibe in there too. It's stripped down at times, and I like that. I think that sense of urgency has carried over from the demos we did, which were all done very quickly and spontaneously. We tried to keep that spontaneous vibe on the album."

After their debut album back in 2006 (Through darkness) and their second album in 2010 (To light) the folk metal band from Russia released this year their third album.
"There the sun falls" is the name of this album and this is a very good effort. Possible guitars with wonderful folk elements (violin simply enchants) dress to the songs and the stunning adaptation of the traditional Irish song “The maid that sold her barley”.
Hardly any song stands a bit but if you are going to say that s song is a little bit better than the others , we would say the “Dance, Dance”.
An excellent proposal from Russia !!

Singer/guitarist Wayne Static (born Wayne Richard Wells) of the industrial metal band STATIC-X has passed away at the age of 48.
His death was confirmed by Wayne's publicists at FiXT Publicity. No further details are currently available, but some of Wayne's associates have indicated that his passing may have been the result of a drug overdose.
